We enjoyed a wonderful evening in a festive atmosphere with our colleagues from Sigrist and LOGON at the presentation of the business award in the CongressCentrum.
After the official ceremony, where Fabian Böhm (Innovation & Idea), Maximilian Müssle & Jana Fedele (Brand & Image), and Ruthild Haas-Kölmel (Lifetime Achievement) received their awards, there was plenty of time for networking and engaging conversations with the many guests.
We congratulate not only the award winners but also the organizer, WSP, on this successful event.
Last Friday, almost all employees of Sigrist, Sigrist, and LOGON, along with numerous family members, gathered in the courtyard of SOMI for the annual company family festival.
With glorious weather, delicious Asian food, chilled drinks, and a great atmosphere, dancing and celebrating continued into the evening.
In between, a large group of interested guests were given a tour of the company’s premises, where the various services and diverse production processes were explained.
Thus, this year’s perfectly organized summer festival was once again a fantastic event, which has all guests already looking forward to the next one.

Ice bathing in Tiefenbronn: an experience for body and soul
Last Saturday, a small group of seven colleagues embarked on an exciting experiment: ice bathing. This challenge is currently very much in vogue and not only strengthens the immune system, but also has numerous positive effects on our mental health. The benefits of ice bathing are manifold, including helping to reduce inflammation and relieve stress. It also promotes mental strength by teaching us how to deal with unpleasant situations.
It is crucial to prepare mentally in advance to develop the right “mindset”. This worked very well for everyone present and everyone stayed in the 3 degree cold water for as long as they could stand it.
Afterwards, there was hot tea, coffee and pretzels to warm up.
In the end, ice swimming was not only a physical challenge, but also a valuable shared experience and great fun for everyone!

First company bowling event: A wonderful evening full of fun and team spirit
On the Friday before last, our eagerly awaited bowling evening for employees took place at Mauritius Bowling in Pforzheim. The evening was a complete success and an excellent opportunity to leave the daily work routine behind in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whether beginner or experienced bowler, an elegant approach or a creative throwing technique, the atmosphere was characterized by laughter, entertaining competition and lots of fun – and of course every strike was cheered and celebrated.
After bowling, the colleagues were able to strengthen themselves with a shared dinner and end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, the evening was a complete success and showed how important such joint activities are for team cohesion. We are already looking forward to the next event!
