SOMI GmbH from Pforzheim is a specialist in the field of conception and realization of individual cleaning and sterile packaging solutions. SOMI cleans, assembles and packages components for customers in the dental and medical technology, aerospace and electronics sectors.

2015 – Company Foundation

SOMI medical GmbH is founded in 2015. It is the youngest part of the Sigrist Group of Companies.

2019 – Setting the course for the future

It is time for an expansion of the production and storage area of SOMI GmbH. Therefore, a building in Karlsruher Straße in Pforzheim is acquired and completely renovated in 2019. Over 10 million Euros are invested in the new SOMI company headquarters.

2021 – Relocation to the new site

The new headquarters of SOMI GmbH in Karlsruher Straße in Pforzheim are occupied in summer 2021.

2022 – Extended range of applications

SOMI offers its customers a full-service concept from needs analysis to warehousing and logistics. In addition to medical technology, the most important areas of application today are electronics and electrical engineering, automotive, measurement and control technology.
